Through personal struggles with a learning disability, our founder learned early that information does not stick just because someone hears it. It sticks when they do something with it.
That is the whole premise of Loam Learning. We zoom out to see the strategy, then zoom in to build the tactical steps that get people there. We design for experience over information transfer every time.
Based in Houston, working with clients there and virtually. Our founder's expertise comes from a decade in training, talent, and organizational development, a degree in Human Resource Development, an MBA, and learning programs that have reached as many as 1,600 people.
