Program Strategy Roadmap

You know there's an experience in what you know. Let's find it.

One working session leading to a roadmap for what to build and how.

What it is

We turn what's in your head into a roadmap you can build from.

You know the feeling. A blank doc, or an AI chat that handed back something polished with nothing underneath it. Or a deck you've delivered a dozen times that still isn't a program.

The Program Strategy Roadmap starts with one working session. We look at what you already have, ask the questions that surface what actually matters, and get clear on who this is for and what it needs to do for them.

The diagnostic

A clear read on what you have and what's missing before it meets a live room.

The roadmap

What format it should be, what each session covers, and what order it all goes in.

The walkthrough

A call to go through it in detail so you know how to act on it.

You leave with an end to end plan and a learning designer telling you the best way to build it.

Who this is for

You have a body of work. You don't have a plan for it yet.

01

A book, a following, or years of one on one work behind you

02

You know a workshop, a program, or a course is in there somewhere

03

Every attempt to sketch it out ends back at the beginning

If that's where you are, this is where you start.

How it works

Four steps. About three weeks.

01

Book your working session

We send a short questionnaire ahead of time and take a look at what you already have. Your book, your outline, your deck, or your notes.

02

Meet for the session

We go through your existing materials together and dig into the content itself. Your vision, who this is for, and what you want people to do differently after.

03

We build your roadmap

Hours of work on our side, turning the conversation into a plan you can act on.

04

We walk you through it

A follow up call to go over the roadmap in detail and answer whatever comes up before you move forward.

What the session decides

You leave knowing which of these you're building, and in what order.

Most people arrive sure they need a course. Sometimes that's right. Often it isn't. The right format depends on what you know, who needs it, and how they'll use it. Naming it is the point of the session.

You also leave with a customized checklist of what building it will take. Communications, technology, event logistics, materials, and the pieces most people don't think about until they're in the middle of it. We flag what applies to your choice and recommend an approach where it helps.

Workshop series

Several sessions across weeks, built so people apply the work in between and bring back what happened.

Live cohort

A group moving through your material together on a schedule, designed around discussion instead of lecture.

Masterclass

One deep session on a single piece of your methodology, sold on its own or packaged in a series.

Guided practice course

Recorded material paired with real practice, prompts, and checkpoints, so people do something with it.

Keynote or conference session

One session to a room that came for the topic, built so people leave able to act on what they heard.

Webinar

One session on screen, open to a wide audience, built to leave people with something to try.

Retreat or multi day intensive

A small group in one room for two or three days, doing the work that only happens in person.

Certification program

A defined path with real assessment, so other people can deliver your methodology and meet your standard.

Pricing

A flat fee for the session and the roadmap.

Send an inquiry and we'll send the fee along with what the session covers.
